About
As a product designer on the Stream team at Sitecore, I focus on creating innovative, AI-driven solutions for our DXP that enhance customer experiences and align with Sitecore's strategic vision. Notably, I contributed to the design of Brand Assistant, a flagship AI-led feature of Stream unveiled at Sitecore Symposium 2024. I also collaborate with internal design teams to ensure consistency in the implementation of AI features across Sitecore's product suite, maintaining alignment with the company's design standards and brand identity.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Interaction design from the National College of Art & Design, Dublin, where my final project Recite was highly commended at our final year exhibition. I have a postgraduate higher diploma in AI applications, which afforded me the ability to design for AI-led products and communicate and understand AI functionality with management and development teams effectively.
My interest in workshop facilitation and public speaking, highlighted by my bachelor’s project, has refined my presentation skills and ability to engage with customers and users.
